Osteopathy clinic in Barnet, North London

What Is Osteopathy?

A holistic, drug-free system of diagnosis and treatment for everyone.

Our Approach

Osteopathy is a system of diagnosis and treatment for a wide range of medical conditions, based on the principle that health and function depend on the well-being of the skeleton, muscles, ligaments and connective tissues of the musculoskeletal system.

Treatment focuses on addressing the root cause of the problem rather than just the symptoms, taking a holistic approach that considers how the issue affects the whole body and its systems.

Treatment is manual therapy without drugs, including soft tissue techniques, manipulation, stretching and joint articulation, along with posture advice and exercises to aid recovery and prevent recurrence.
